A Workers' Solidarity Fund Initiative
KC Eats came together when the government shut down and people’s food stamps were put on the chopping block. We looked around and said, “We’re done waiting. If they won’t feed us, we’ll feed each other.” We are neighbors, brothers, sisters, organizers, cooks, farmers, and folks who care. We believe food is a human right — not a handout.
